Wolfgang Rempen is Co-Founder, Managing Partner and Qualifying Broker of R&R Real Estate Partners, LLC. He is also known as the New Mexico Ranch Man as his passion remains with selling land & ranches, and equestrian properties. An economist by trade, Wolfgang has lived and worked across the globe, survived two revolutions while working in the Middle East and in Africa, has flown his own Cessna 175 across the Sahara Desert and over Mont Blanc in the French Alps, and in New Mexico, Wolfgang flies to his own 320 acre ranch near the Sawtooth Mountains and Pie Town. There is no greater luxury for Wolfgang than the simplicity of the ranch life. His passion and experience are what every rancher, hunter and ranch buyer loves so much about Wolfgang.
Jane E Chanik loves land. Mountains, deserts, ranch lands, grasslands - fairways and greens - any and all. She started selling land and ranches when she began working for Grace Family LLC in the Spring of 2006. A family run operation, they purchase large ranches, then ‘subdivide’ them into parcels ranging from 140 acres to 5000 acres. She walked boundaries, figured lot line splits, and helped people find the perfect piece of land for their needs. Before she knew it, she was blessed with a career that suits her to a ‘t’....researching and reviewing available land and ranches throughout the state of New Mexico.
Prior to the land and ranch business, Jane was a PGA golf professional for nearly 20 years as the Director of Instruction at several courses in Arizona, as well as at the Callaway Golf Center in Las Vegas, Nevada and has taught here in New Mexico as well. The thing she loved most about teaching was finding out what people were looking to do and improve upon, and helping them find it. Very similar to assisting someone locate the land that works best for them! And that it is all done outside!!
Jane now lives in Santa Fe County on 28 acres, about 25 minutes from the Plaza. She and her partner live in a straw bale and adobe home they share with 6 dogs and 2 cats in a completely solar, off-grid neighborhood - no electric lines overhead here!! The fencing is purchased and the spot for the barn is picked out Horses are on the way to join this brood and enhance this life.
